Youth are placed in entry-level roles in healthcare facilities across the country, with a monthly stipend in a one (1) year internship program, youth are managed and their performance is tracked accordingly.
Skills Development and Tranning
A rigours life skills developmental program which aims to enhance critical thinking and active and meaningful participation in society.
Food Security
YHA incorporates traditional and modern farming techniques to support food security initiatives in vulnerable communities.
Entrepreneurship and Innovations
An entrepreneurial incubation program which aims to develop youth enterprises through training and mentorship.
Demand Creation
A combination of community mobilisation and information sessions that aim to raise community awareness of various health issues.
Research Studies
Youth Health Africa provides further capacitation and input to research studies that investigate health-related challenges that impact youth.
